Add `impl FromStr for SubscriptionStatus` #590

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Other types implement FromStr but SubscriptionStatus does not. Currently I'm doing:

 let status: SubscriptionStatus = serde_json::from_str(&format!("\"{}\"", row.status))?;
