The "Hide VCS Ignored Files" tree-view setting keeps getting reset to true after I uncheck the setting, I believe when the package and/or atom update. I notice when my workflow is interrupted by not being able to find VCS ignored directories in Atom, and I have to dig up the settings for tree-view again. This happens quarterly.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to tree-view settings in Atom
Uncheck "Hide VCS Ignored Files"
Update Atom
Expected behavior:
I expect settings for this core package to not be reset by updates after I edit them.
Actual behavior:
"Hide VCS Ignored Files" gets reset to true after Atom updates.
Reproduces how often:
Several times a year, around once a quarter.
Versions
Atom version: 1.55.0
macOS Mojave 10.14.6
apm 2.5.2
tree-view 0.228.2
