The CrossChainApplications examples were removed from the teleporter repo: ava-labs/teleporter#394 , they will be moved to the avalanche-starter-kit repo (ava-labs/avalanche-starter-kit#5) .
The build fails because it cannot find these files. Removing the Getting started teleporter doc until the the examples are moved. I'll add it again afterwards.
