spectator player that gets booted has corrupted state when game ends #268

happened to me a couple times... when i'm spectating, get the "waiting for" message, then abort and everyone who is left in the game is stuck with the status of "active". So those players can't get their game loaded. It might be related to being server? I think I can recreate it so I'l assign to myself.

Sadly this still happens occasionally. Happens with high latency and when the spectator is stuck waiting for someone, often it doesn't end well. Not sure how to reproduce this. Maybe try disconnecting from the game while still in "Waiting for" state?
