Navigos Search's client is a platform for producers and consumers in the coffee industry - and thus to facilitate more transparent and equitable coffee transactions, available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin (Simplified), Japanese, Korean and Bahasa.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for coding for a business application and collaborating with PM and/or Front-end Developers to translate product requirements into technical requirements and execute with the most effective and efficient solution for architecting the technology.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or equivalent, with a focus on Software Engineering
• Willing to work in our Ho Chi Minh City office from 3PM-9PM local time with 2 floating hours floating in the afternoon/evening local time
• 5 years working experience in an agile development environment
• Experience in an international environment/ global collaboration
• Expérience in salesforce development is a plus
• Experience in coffee business or coffee-tech is a plus
• English fluent

Technical Skills:
• Back end: Ruby on Rails, RSpec
• Database: MySQL
• Supporting applications: Sidekiq, Engineyard, Rollbar, Heroku, Azure, Asana, Jira & Zendesk
• Test-Driven Development, Agile, SCRUM
• Front end (bonus): REACT, JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap
• Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.) & Business Intelligence, Power BI as a plus.
