Location

At least 3 years of software development management experience, or 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering (preferably with JavaScript or Java).
Proven track record in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering software solutions.
Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher, ideally N1).
Fluency in English (spoken, written, and listening skills).

Lead the Development Team: Guide engineers through task prioritization and project execution, serving as the technical lead for software development efforts. Act as a bridge between the Vietnamese engineering team and the Japanese development department.
Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain document capture software that integrates with multifunctional devices. Some modules will be implemented as plug-ins to MFPs.
Debugging & Evaluation: Conduct debugging and evaluation of software using actual devices or simulators to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations.
Quality Assurance: Take ownership of the software’s quality by ensuring it meets coding standards and technical specifications, while addressing any issues that arise during development.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and quality assurance processes of the project, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
