The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will drive the technological vision and strategy for the company, ensuring technology initiatives align with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving innovation, leading digital transformation, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute a technology strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize and plan future technology investments.

Technology Development & Operations

• Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of systems, products, and infrastructure.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards for all technology efforts.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Build, mentor, and manage a top-performing technology team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software development, IT operations, and cybersecurity.

Business & Customer Focus

• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align technology with customer needs.
• Advocate for customer-centric technologies that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Strengthen the company’s technology ecosystem through partnerships and vendor relationships.

Requirements

Proven Experience

• Extensive experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar senior technology leadership role.

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in AI, cybersecurity, and SaaS platforms.
• In-depth understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and system architecture.

Strategic and Leadership Skills

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute technology strategies that align with business goals.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentorship skills.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and advanced cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
