Motivation

Presently our Probo build CI doesn't support forked pull requests. This should be supported to make it easier to contribute to the project if possible.

Proposed Resolution

Investigate a possible solution to support probo builds based upon a forked repository. @joeparsons reports that in bitbucket this didn't work at all, but the CI log for @davearch 's recent PR #222 seems to suggest that github's probo integration might allow for this (or at least got further than expected).
