Implement basho_bench integration in Standalone explorer mode

For standalone Explorer installations (see the Standalone vs Embedded mode discussion on issue #125), implement integration with basho_bench:

1. Potentially include the appropriate compiled release of basho_bench inside an Explorer release, for the same architecture.
2. Provide an API to manage basho_bench config files (that will control the benchmarking runs).
3. Provide an API to launch a basho_bench run (on the same machine that Explorer is running on) (integrate with the Jobs infrastructure), and an API endpoint to retrieve the results (summary .csvs and graphs).
