We need to establish the steps for constructing a workshop (focusing on 2024):

  1. 04/30/24 - Kickoff meeting with committee
  2. 05/15/24 - Determine feasibility of 3D printing as part of workshop
  3. 05/31/24 - By end of May, host mentorship info session
  4. 05/31/24 - Create shopping list for workshop
  5. 06/30/24 - Setup NYC FIRST and ZQ/Joe Workshop planning
  6. 06/30/24 - By end of June, have game designed Create 2024 Game #2
  7. 07/31/24 - By end of July, have mentor exercises created Update Mentor FAQ and guidelines #3
  8. 08/30/24 - By end of August, have all space allocated for workshop days
  9. 09/30/24 - By end September, have all mentors complete exercises (need 1 XRP per mentor to do so)
  10. Late October - Early November - Host XRP workshops
