Support Question

The documentation on https://belastingdienst.github.io/opr-paas/overview/core_concepts/authorization/#caveats reference a capability to implement ClusterRoleBindings via extra_permissions. The page links to a file extrapermissions.md for more information. However, this file does not exist in the repository.

Please add the missing extrapermissions.md file or update the documentation to clarify where users can find the relevant information.
