No data on GTR4 WF after last FW update ver. 6.3.2.3

Dear all, I have been experiencing issues with my GTR4 since the firmware version 6.3.2.3. Every watch face I have tried displays "No data". The Watchdrip+ sync seemed to be successful only on the first try. Now, it either takes a very long time or fails to retrieve the data.
None of this helped:

1. reinstalled all the apps and WF
2. unpair and pair again
   Any suggestions?

recently the GTR4 has updates OS to zeppv3. Unfortunately at the moment there no watchaces for zeppV3

You can try to use Notify for Amazfit & Zepp app for downgrade

Very glad that I found this thread since I have the same problem and tried everything over the past week. Is it hard to re-work some of the previous watch faces? It will be of huge help to many of us

unfortunately the v3 OS not supported due to significant changes in the OS. At the moment. The only way to see bg data on watchface is to downgrade device to OS1,2

But how? Haven't found a way how to do it. No such option in Notify for Amazfit & Zepp :(

I wasn't able to find it either in the Notify for Amazfit & ZEPP. Should I upgrade to premium account to use it?

I got my old Amazfit Band 5 in sync with xDrip. At least it works prefect! :) Looks like I'll be downgrading the device itself
Hope for new version watch face soon. Keep my fingers crossed

Buenas tardes. Tengo Zepp OS 1.2 con el reloj Amazfit T-rex 2 y tampoco tiene datos la esfera. También ahora tiene Zepp OS v3?? Gracias

trex 2 should work. Are you use you have installed watchdrip also on your watch? If yes, do you see the bg data in the watch app?

En el reloj solo he escaneado el QR de las esferas gracias al modo desarrollador de Zepp. La esfera si que carga en el reloj, pero los datos de Watchdrip no aparecen. Muchas gracias por responder! Ayudas a mucha gente

Tengo whatchdrip y funciona. XDRIP + Whatchdrip funcionan bien. Tengo una smart Band 6 que acabo de configurar porque no funciona T-rex 2.

Por cierto, voy a aportar en Pantreon, porque te lo mereces por todo el trabajo.

Acabo de conseguirlo!! No entendía los pasos a seguir. A base de ensayo y error. Hay una pestaña donde indica "programa" dentro de Zepp. Una fotografía podría ayudar a otros usuarios
