Precompiled 02/15 update broken, most fixed by fixing errors in configuration.h and recompiling

Been trying to get touch screen working on TFT35 V3 that was working until update. On install get many errors about invalid/unrecognized commands including the very important baud rate. I tried changing them to all CAPS but that didn't help. VSCode gave many errors for trying to recompile older versions. I don't know what previous version was working.

I went through the configuration.h to set defaults there hoping to get it working without relying on the config file. There are many values that have an f after the numbers which I deleted, maybe that was the fix.

Some things still error like default feed speeds unfortunately and preheat names but at least the touch screen is working. Going to add this to bugs also.
