Exposing Meta Values for Jobs

So we are working off of the original, and are also working to get this functionality working on our fork, and thought that if you happened to have a little better flow then we would have then we would switch to yours and utilize yours as part of our nomad alerting flow.

Basically what we have done is instrumented our Paging keys in the Job Definitions Meta Values, and we are wanting to use our Transmogifer to page the correct team.
