Regarding Postgres

Regarding access to a Postgres database from the functions how should the Postgres Capsule be created?
Should it be similar to a capsule-http (Host-DK) ? or Should it be a Module-DK?
How can we have process communication?
Have you any thoughts or examples to test? Should we create connection pooling and pass somehow the connection to the capsule modules?
