There are multiple reference images, of different contrasts and resolutions. For our purposes, the ex-vivo T2* images may be best, as they are of very high resolution, for MRI. (0.09 x 0.09 x 0.09 mm). The provided annotation images seem to come from the Waxholm space atlas (2023), warped onto the SIGMA template.
