Add GeoData(GIS POLYGON or LINSTRING or WKT). #364

Maybe we can add some GIS related data types, like WKT, Polygon, Point。So I can Put it into JTS, GEOS, or GDAL for testing data.

Not 100% sure what these values should look like.

Im always open to pr's if you want to submit something.

Otherwise I need a bunch of examples and ranges to write the functions limitations
