Fan translations
Julius offers the ability to add custom languages. Some dedicated people have translated the game into a language that wasn't originally supported. You can find these here.
Installation
Extract the contents of the zip file for your language to the folder where your Caesar 3 installation is, it will create a new folder with the name of the language. In Julius, go to Options, then select the newly extracted language from the "Language" dropdown.
Patches
Julius needs a version of Caesar 3 that has been patched to 1.0.1.0. If you receive a message that you are running an unpatched game when you start Julius, you should use the files below to download the patch files for your language.
Installation
Extract the contents of the zip file for your language to the folder where your Caesar 3 installation is, and overwrite any files that are already present.
Note to Linux users: your file system is most likely case-sensitive, which may lead to duplicate files because one contains capital letters in the name and the other does not. Please take care when extracting and remove any old files with the same name as those in the zip file.

Editor
If you want to use the editor part of Julius, you need the files that are shipped with the original assignment editor. If you're lucky, your version of Caesar 3 already includes the editor, but if not, you can download them from the links below.
Installation
Extract the contents of the zip file for your language to the folder where your Caesar 3 installation is, and overwrite any files that are already present.
The editor does not need to be in the same language of the game: you can have a Spanish version of the game with an English editor.
