Override nginx_access_log_file and nginx_error_log_file

Hi,

It seems that I can't override nginx_access_log_file and nginx_error_log_file defined in nginx_paths.rb by setting them in deploy.rb. Am I misunderstood here?

@nextofsearch are you interested in changing only these file names or also the full path? Right now it looks like both files are named based on the :nginx_config_name configuration option, which is a combination of you application name and the deployment stage (i.e. 'my_app_production'). This should be an easy option to add. I just want to be clear.
