Wrong char 2/3 code #68

Is it just me, or this is really wrong? It seems strange that there's no issue for this yet:

"351": 
  :country_code: "351"
  :national_dialing_prefix: None
  :char_2_code: None
  :char_3_code: PT
  :name: Portugal
  :international_dialing_prefix: "0"
  :area_code: "2[12]|2[3-9][1-9]|70[78]|80[089]|9[136]|92[1-9]"

char_2_code is always national_dialing_prefix. Shouldn't it be the alpha-2?
char_3_code is actually the ISO 3166-1-alpha-2. Shouldn't it be the alpha-3?
