Why learnFuncParams=c(10, 0.1) in mlp command with BackpropBatch argument for learnFunc.

Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand the question but the parameters for the
learning functions are explained in the SNNS User Manual
(http://www.ra.cs.uni-tuebingen.de/downloads/SNNS/SNNSv4.2.Manual.pdf),
page 67 onwards.
