Projection type conversion causes a position offset in some image layers #124

I generated a survey layer starting from ZEA-projection images with Galactic coordinates. When it is displayed in SIN or TAN (but also others) projections, I have an inconsistency with the position of the sources which is not present in AIT or MOL (and others) projections. The offset is not present if I load the survey in Aladin Lite version 2. So I tried to check if any of the default survey layers had a similar problem and found that the Mellinger has in fact a similar problem. See the two images below.
Image FoV is 20 arcmin.

Thank you for the report.

@bmatthieu3 : I performed some tests, and this bug seems to be specific to HiPS with hips_frame = galactic
