It is very difficult to make the accessibility work as inline text as the native aria for "terms" and "definitions" is not supported by most of the main screen readers. The items don't get announced in any perceivable way to differentiate them from a span or div, linking them by [id] makes no difference, adding [tabindex=0] makes no difference. Keeping with [role=button] and notify for the moment.
