Subject of the enhancement

Expand the possible applications of Hint so that it can be used in any header (ex. article, block, page header).

Use cases

  1. Give additional instruction in an article heading about how to use Sideways.
  2. When a question is split (for layout purposes) into a block and component where the block contains the question text, the Hint could be used in the block header.
