sRST引脚在上电的时候会先给出5V再降到3.3v的问题
偶尔上电时sRST是LOW的状态导致target无法运行
在USB接触不良的情况下 USB CDC 容易接收不到 UART 数据(群里有人提过，说是COM未打开的时候target持续发送数据然后再打开就无法收发数据了，实际测试不会，但是USB接触不良确实会)

除了SRST引脚之外，其它引脚是否也有先给5V再降到3.3V的情况呢
