Right now, we install GPG via PIP, but the package has all the binaries.
We should do something like this.
Just have a script that when we import and trigger the download, if file not already there.
In this way, we can have it for any OS.
The function should allow getting a binary for another OS, not force the current OS.
In this way, we can build a Win production while running the build script on Linux
