Lines aren't appended to "Log.txt" file.

My "log.txt" always consists of the following lines:
"16:08:01: Hearth Log v0.2.1
16:08:01: D:\Games\Hearthstone\Hearthstone.exe v1.0.0.4482
16:08:01: listening to \Device\NPF_{620A477C-AF9F-45EF-AECF-C759F621FA87} (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller)"

When I play HearthStone, logger doesn't log moves.
Local time is correct.
