Logger won't run on Windows XP

So I've d/l'd and installed the WinPcap app, but every time I try to load the Hearth Log.exe I'm met with the error: filelocation\Hearth-Log\Hearth Log.exe is not a valid Win32 application?? Help please!

edit: I'm still using Windows XP, if that means anything.

I just discovered that the current build will not run on Windows XP. I believe I can fix this issue, but I would STRONGLY suggest you upgrade your OS since Microsoft is dropping all support (including security updates) for Windows XP on April 8th, 2014.
