Develop the tool to use a browser for full functionality and retain the ability to export to excel.

Motivation and context

The current method though functional involves running the tool twice, using Excel or some spreadsheet program to add metadata about networks before re-running the software. If the script ran entirely from a browser it would be easier for individuals not comfortable with the command line and perhaps exceed the limitations of the static spreadsheet format.
