On PR #117 there were two unaddressed issues that we decided to follow up by issue.

  1. After merging pkgvars into docker repository there will be no need to return hardcoded postgres version (i.e. 13.2)
    Update docker and update pgxn scripts #117 (comment)
  2. git commit and git add . pair shoulkd be used instead of git commit -am since git commit does not handle unstaged files.
