Currently when I type ffmpeg in a terminal emulator I get To install ffmpeg use: sudo swupd bundle-add kde-frameworks5-dev

Trying to install this bundle results in the error below. The bundle is also insanely large.

Loading required manifests...
Error: Bundle too large by 17125M

Failed to install 1 of 1 bundles

I think that this error means you do not have enough storage space to install the bundle
