test not generating results.tar.gz when any test fails

ocm-api-load is not generating results.tar.gz when any of the listed tests fail. Because of this we are missing the results of passed tests.
Ideally it should generate results.tar.gz with passed tests. Because of this CI is unable to get the results though it has run for a long duration and when other tests passed.
