Not sure if intentional, but Ice classic lacks any way to recharge spent fuel cells on the surface atleast, so once all the cells are drained its impossible for the colony to have a steady stream of power. As a side note the light to the south of the landing pad makes it so the ARC if ordered cannot leave the DS while its on the ground.
What's the difference with what should have happened?
There to be a cell charger on the map and the south LZ light to be passable for the ARC with the DS landed
How do we reproduce this bug?
go on ice classic
no charger
spawn arc on the DS
try to leave the DS
