We are overdue an update since we based the CoC on v1.2 and there's been some newer versions out:
https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/0/code_of_conduct/

Have a discussion with the Kubernetes Code of Conduct Committee also before finalizing everything and get their sign off.

Repurposing this, all of the CoC translations need to be updated

There were, but I'm not sure who they are. @amye gave me the translated docs.
