The most basic Scripting Interface question

I'm missing probably something very basic, but… I have written the most basic script

function setup()
{
    host.log("script launched");
}

function gotCANFrame(bus, id, len, data)
{
    host.log("received CAN frame");
}

While the first message arrives, no matter what I'm doing, I can't seem to get the actual gotCANFrame to be called.
I'm sending various packages using other participants on the CAN bus and they arrive proper in SavvyCAN's main window, but nothing seems to happen in the scripting.

Any idea what I could do wrong?

Ok, I feel a little bit dumb… anyways, perhaps the docs could be a tad bit cleaner on that you need to set a filter before the callback gets fed.
