It would be nice to have an authentication layer in front of the application for the open source version like in Langfuse.

We definitely plan on adding this functionality but it’s on the immediate roadmap based on conversations we’re having with users.
Our current focus is on building more features for the open source platform, the playground was released in public preview this week for example. We are going to continue shipping features with online evaluations coming soon

We always welcome contributions if you’d like to submit a PR with the functionality you’re looking for. Alternatively the managed version on http://comet.com has user management functionality and adding more users don’t cost any money
