Proposal summary

We have built LLM application in nestjs and would be beneficial if there is typescript support.

Motivation

We want to focus now on LLM evaluation and for that we are looking for some solution, we are also thinking about langsmith as it has javascript sdk but would be nice to use some open source solution.
