Missing scroll bar when starting the recipe

Bug description

I am starting a recipe on (ie. rag chatbot) on Linux, and since there is a quite a lot of steps to perform, the screen is full and I do not see directly the OpenDetails or bottom part of the Start a recipe Page. And there is no scroll bar. So I need to zoom out to get the rest of info.
