Change setting experimentalGPU to experimental Graphics Card Support

There is a limitation in Podman Desktop where it does not understand acronyms in settings. For example... GPU ends up being G P U.

Instead, to get around the limitation, could we rename the setting to Experimental Graphics Card Support?
