Describe the bug
The documentation contains some very old screenshots, they are certainly showing an ancient version of Grafana, and the CYBERTEC company logo in the screenshots is also outdated.

To Reproduce

Go to https://pgwat.ch/latest/gallery/dashboards.html and look at the screenshots.

Expected behavior
If possible, we should take some new screenshots with current Grafana version.
Hopefully the dashboard definitions already use current CYBERTEC logo...? :)

Maybe while taking some screenshot, we should also record some video showing interactive use of the dashboards? I think that is a unique selling point of Grafana's flexibility, and pgwatch certainly has useful features to e.g. drill down on most frequently used statements etc. .
