Plant CV 2021 Workshop

Trying to learn PlantCV by following the youtube clip and materials from https://github.com/danforthcenter/plantcv-nappn2021-workshop. Can someone help me resolve the following error I'm getting:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'altair.vegalite.v5'

Hi @tazad-csci, sorry about the delayed response. One issue will be that our relatively new release, PlantCV4, has some significant changes in it that will not be compatible with the workshop from 2021. Altair is a new dependency in PlantCV4 (though it should have been installed automatically). We will need to work on updating the workshop materials into a tutorial. In the meantime, we have other updated tutorials that are compatible with PlantCV4: https://plantcv.readthedocs.io/en/stable/tutorials/
