Tagging/labeling support in DMSF

Feature request

Thanks for this great plugin. It fills the missing feature gap to organize the attached documents in mulitple ways. I don't miss much, but nothing is perfect :-)

Tagging files/folders to get an additional level of categorization would be nice. I use additional_tags plugin to tag wiki pages and issues in redmine. It works very well and as far as I understand it can be used as a framework to integrate tagging in their own plugin.
