Support Installation through winget or scoop

Thanks for the suggestion!
I have already thought about creating an installer that could be deployed using WinGet and agree that it would be very useful, however, I have no plan to go for this:

• Update experience won't be smooth since and will require PowerToys Run to be closed in order to unlock the plugin
• Plugin and installer will require to be digital signed

I keep the issue open in case I'll change my mind about it.
