Some of our config files might be possible to get moved to a subfolder like e.g.
.configwhere we could collect all of these, others might still need to remain over there, because they are expected in root (like e.g..nvmrc) for example because they are used not just by CLI but by VS Code plugins as well, or their placement within the folder hierarchy controls to which files and subfolders this config file relates to.
