打包的时候能否弹框提醒一下版本号升级 #29

Uniapp打包的时候经常忘记改版本号，排了N长的打包队伍等了好久终于打好了包，翻墙龟速传了很久终于传上Google Play或者Apple Store，结果因为版本号重复被Google或者Apple弹回来，实在很不友好
