[2024-11-25] [Fran] One ticket in progress, and then this epic may be closed. The other (blocked) tickets have been moved to a new epic for consideration in 2025.

Problem Statement

The result set returned for community care provider searches do not always surface the closest available locations as expected.

Issues to Address

• Facility Locator pagination issues
• Community Care search results list differently for city vs zip code
• Some multi-specialty PPMS providers are missing, or results are returned deep in the results set

User story

AS A Veteran, their family member or caregiver
I WANT to be able to find accurately reported Community Care locations available to me easily and quickly
SO THAT I can readily take advantage of their services
