Content release is failing for an unknown reason, so the CMS team needs to investigate to understand the root cause of the failures to prevent it from happening again.

Content release for Next Build dev/staging is failing regularly, though not all the time:

It appears to be a slowness issue on Tugboat, though that is just a guess from looking at the failures. They are timing out. This is most frequently happening during the overnight run.
