Right now any non-2xx status code encountered when running
depot pushaborts the entire push. This PR changes this so that any 5xx status code is retried up to 3 times with a 5-second sleep in between each attempt. This should work around temporary unavailability upstream (e.g. the Cloudflare 524 error code).
