DISCLAIMER: I am using Spacemacs

all-the-icons-rust-icon

In the above image the first rust icon was inserted with v-adjust and the second was inserted without specifying the v-adjust

In neotree the display looks as follows,

all-the-icons-neotree

I think it for the case of rust a :v-adjust 0.0 would make the icon look more inline with text.
