Данный PR направлен на уменьшение бардака в корневой директории шаблона бакалаврской: все файлы глав и приложений перемещены в директории chapter/ и appendix/ соответственно. В связи с этим исправлены input'ы в bachelor_thesis.tex.
Кроме того, во все файлы глав и приложений добавлен макрос
% !TEX root(как шебанг в скриптах), который позволяет во всяких LaTeX'овских редакторах (TeXmaker, TeXstudio, использовалось с плагином LaTeXTools для Sublime Text) запускать сборку всего проекта при запуске сборки для файлов с этим макросом, что немного ускоряет процесс.
